Position Overview

We are seeking for a Recruiter who is organized, proactive, and passionate about talent acquisition and people operations. In this role, you will support the hiring needs across multiple restaurant brands and locations. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers, restaurant leadership, and the HR team to build strong talent pipelines and efficient workflows.

Employment Details

Hiring Entity: Chubby Group

Work Location: Hybrid/Remote

Employment Type: Full‑Time

Pay Rate: Annual Salary: $36,000 – $57,600 (based on experience and qualifications), subject to applicable federal, state, and local tax withholding. Additional performance‑based bonuses may apply.

Benefit Eligibility: Yes

Start Date: Upon onboarding completion, all required pre‑employment notices and documents will be provided at or before the start date, as required by law.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple positions and hiring priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to evaluate candidate qualifications and match applicants with appropriate roles.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for tracking recruitment progress and maintaining reports.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate employee and candidate information.
• High sense of responsibility, professionalism, and ownership.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong time management skills and ability to work independently in a hybrid/remote setting.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (OPT/H1B sponsorship available).

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in recruiting, human resources, talent acquisition, or administrative roles preferred.
• Experience using job platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Craigslist, or other applicant sourcing tools.
• Knowledge of restaurant, hospitality, retail, or high‑volume hiring environments is a plus.
• Experience with HR systems or applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred.
• Understanding of basic employment practices and hiring procedures.
• Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin are a plus.
