The role emphasizes hiring, onboarding, performance coaching, and ensuring superior customer interactions in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. On-site duties involve coordinating large-scale events and daily service excellence.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of food service industry experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Ability to carry large, heavy items up to 25 lbs and stand long hours.

• Set and enforce standards for hospitality operations and guest interactions.
• Support development and training programs for staff.
• Oversee day-to-day operations through one or more food service outlets.
• Manage direct reports including hiring, evaluations, and development feedback.
• Coordinate events, onsite and offsite, including catering requests.
• Enforce food safety practices and maintain clean, safe workstations.
• Train staff on service expectations, menu knowledge, allergens, and nutrition.
• Monitor product quality, service, inventory, and address issues.
• Assist with scheduling, payroll, and sales data collection.
