Qualifications

• Bachelor or equivalent experience not required but strong customer service background.
• 4+ years of food service experience in a customer-facing role.
• TX-specific food safety requirements may apply and training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Execute services and catering/event requests per schedules and timelines.
• Support setup, execution and breakdown of services and events.
• Collaborate with team to meet time and quality standards with urgency.
• Assist in organization, cleaning and maintenance of tools and spaces.
• Complete daily records and opening/closing checklists.
• Interact professionally with guests, supervisors, and co-workers.
• Communicate operational expectations and anticipate guest needs.
