Job summary

Charter Communications, operating Spectrum, is seeking a Vertical Account Executive in the hospitality sector to consult with clients and tailor solutions that boost efficiency and guest experience. You will build relationships, drive growth, and lead sales cycles from prospecting to close.

Role requires 3+ years in B2B sales, telecommunications experience, and ability to travel. A GED is required, with a Bachelor's in business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate new opportunities and consistently meet monthly sales quotas with fiber and coaxial solutions for hospitality clients.
• Navigate hospitality procurement processes to manage complex sales cycles.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses and develop client-focused product solutions.
• Design and deliver compelling proposals and presentations highlighting Spectrum's benefits.
• Self-generate leads through calls, visits, networking and events.
• Qualify leads, request site surveys, and submit ROI analyses to sales management.
• Maintain accurate account records in Salesforce and hand off to Account Management.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Sales Support and Marketing to maximize outcomes.
• Attend sales meetings and training to stay ahead of industry trends.
