Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safely operate the hotel shuttle along assigned routes and schedules.
• Provide pick-up and drop-off services for guests at airports and downtown attractions.
• Assist guests with luggage and ensure loading/unloading is handled properly.
• Greet guests professionally and answer questions about hotel services and local area.
• Follow traffic laws, perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections, and report issues to management.
• Keep the shuttle clean, fueled, and log mileage/records as required.
• Coordinate with the transportation manager regarding pickups, delays, or schedule changes.
