Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Guest transportation and bell stand support.
• Safely operate shuttle vehicle along routes and schedules.
• Provide pick-up/drop-off at airports and downtown attractions.
• Assist guests with luggage loading/unloading.
• Support bell staffing when not driving.
• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Answer questions about hotel services and local attractions.
• Resolve guest concerns or escalate as needed.
• Follow traffic laws, hotel policies, and DOT regulations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Report maintenance issues or incidents immediately.
• Keep shuttle clean and fueled; maintain logs.
• Coordinate with transportation manager on delays or changes.
• Maintain clear communication via phone/radio with safety protocols.
