Job summary

B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group seeks energetic staff to prepare and serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly and professional manner. Adherence to health regulations and local liquor laws is required, with emphasis on delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Applicants must be available for at least two evenings (Thu–Sun). Prior serving experience and English fluency are important; certification in beverage service is preferred or obtainable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• TIPS or CARE beverage service certification desired, or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Guest service: respond to guests in a friendly, positive and timely manner.
• Serving duties: take orders accurately, upsell menu items, follow health regulations.
• Side work: perform cleaning and stocking tasks.
• Manage cash handling and POS procedures in line with policy.
• Maintain safe, clean work area and follow emergency procedures.
• Attend department and hotel meetings and work collaboratively with other teams.
