Job summary

B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group is seeking a hospitality team member to prepare and serve food and beverages with a high standard of guest service.

You must be able to work evenings and maintain compliance with health and liquor laws, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and quality standards. Applicants should have a high school diploma, one year of guest service experience, and the ability to communicate in English.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• TIPS or CARE beverage service certification required or ability to obtain.
• One year or more of guest service experience.
• Ability to speak, understand, and write English.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to perform duties in a fast paced environment.
• One year of serving experience in a fast-paced restaurant is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guest service: respond to guests with friendly, timely service and rapport.
• Serving duties: take orders, upsell menu items, follow health regulations and cash handling procedures.
• Side work: clean restaurant, stations, and stock supplies.
• Helps control expenses: handle cash and processing transactions, follow cost controls.
• Works Safely: maintain a clean, safe work area per regulations and incident procedures.
• Self/Workload Management: plan, organize and prioritize tasks; attend required meetings.
• Works collaboratively: take room service orders, assist bartender and support other departments as needed.
