Qualifications

• Previous experience in a bar/restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
• Attention to detail in order-taking and payment processing.
• Outstanding communication skills with customers and team members.
• Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Self-motivated and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate knowledge of food and beverage items and preparation across spaces.
• Provide hospitality and knowledge to guests and teammates.
• Be punctual, well-dressed, and equipped for your shift.
• Develop knowledge of the Death & Co compendium and EverNote navigation.
• Maintain knowledge of POS operations and respond to guest needs.
• Cover server or support positions when needed.
• Adhere to service standards as per Employee Manual.
• Ensure sanitation per health regulations.
• Build relationships with regular guests and the local community.
• Address guest concerns with tact and escalate to management as needed.
• Stay current on Slack channels and respond before shifts.
• Attend every shift with a positive attitude and readiness to learn.
• Ask for help when needed; teamwork is essential.
