Job summary

Gin & Luck in Denver is seeking a friendly host to greet guests, manage the wait list, and coordinate reservations while upholding our service standards. You will support FOH during service and stay current with Slack updates.

The role requires Wednesday plus Fri-Sun availability, a professional demeanor, and a willingness to learn our policies, culture, and five-step guest resolution process.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage the wait list.
• Maintain knowledge of the service guidelines and reservation policies.
• Know table numbers and positions in all sections.
• Proficient with Tock or booking systems used.
• Follow the restaurant's policies and spaces hours.
• Handle guest complaints with guidance from management.
• Assist in running food and beverage and flipping tables.
