Thirsty Lion is seeking an experienced Server in Denver, CO. The role focuses on delivering enthusiastic, high-quality service in a fast-paced environment, with attention to guest needs and proper handling of orders and payments.

You will be responsible for knowing menus and promotions, maintaining a clean station, and working with the team to ensure guest satisfaction from greeting to farewell.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain a valid food service permit.
• Must be able to obtain a valid alcohol service permit.
• Strong guest service and teamwork skills.
• Accurate cash handling and order processing in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of menus, specials and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Take and serve guest orders with accuracy and courtesy.
• Explain menu items, specials and promotions to guests.
• Enter orders into the POS system with minimal errors.
• Maintain station and support other servers as needed to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Follow safety, sanitation and company policies at all times.
