Job summary

P.F. Chang's in Naples, FL, is hiring dine-in food and beverage Servers, Waitresses or Waiters to join our team. You’ll help deliver an exceptional guest experience with a focus on hospitality and guest service.

No prior experience is required—training is provided. You’ll learn the menu, assist guests in selections, and support a smooth dining experience while working with a friendly team. This role offers full-time or part-time hours and opportunities for growth and benefits for eligible team

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.
• Previous experience is not required - we will train you!
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.

Responsibilities

• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests' expectations.
• Understands the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and able to answer guests' questions.
• Guides guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments.
• Understands restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant.
