P.F. Chang's is hiring dine-in servers in Fort Myers, FL. No prior experience required; we train you to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You’ll learn the menu, assist guests in selections, take orders, serve food and beverages, and process payments with a focus on hospitality.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is not required — we will train you.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Have a current Food Handler's Card where applicable, or we will help you obtain.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests' expectations.
• Understands the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and able to answer guests' questions.
• Guides guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments.
• Understands restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant.
