Hotel Equities, a multi-award-winning hotel development and hospitality management company, is seeking a Server for the Hilton Harrisburg in Harrisburg, PA.

The position involves food and beverage service, order taking, and delivering items to guests in line with Hilton and AAA standards. Candidates should have prior serving experience, a basic knowledge of service procedures, and a friendly, guest-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service standards.
• English language proficiency to understand menus and communicate with guests.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Familiarity with POS systems and taking orders accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, explain specials, and take/deliver orders.
• Input orders into POS and relay details to the kitchen.
• Retrieve orders from kitchen, deliver with condiments, and ensure accuracy.
• Ensure liquor regulations compliance when serving alcohol.
• Replenish beverages and upsell desserts or specialty coffees.
• Attend required meetings and maintain Hilton service standards.
