Job summary

Hotel Equities, a multi-award-winning hospitality company, seeks a Guest Service Agent for the Hilton Harrisburg in Harrisburg, PA. You will greet and register guests, provide prompt service, and assist with checkout while promoting hotel services and upsells.

Strong English communication, basic computer skills, and prior guest service experience are preferred. Must be flexible with shifts including overnight hours. Position is at Hilton Harrisburg.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, listen and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to input information using a moderately complex computer system.
• Strong calculator skills for moderately complex mathematical calculations without error.
• Prior guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests, provide prompt and courteous service.
• Check guests out of the hotel and resolve issues during stay.
• Answer phones and text inquiries and relay information to team.
• Handle guest complaints with patience, documenting and resolving issues.
• Work varying schedules, including overnight shifts, to meet hotel needs.
