Hotel Equities, a multi-award-winning hotel development and hospitality management company, is seeking a Server Assistant for the Hilton in Harrisburg, PA. 5-hour shifts are available, with peak hours from 5pm to 10pm.

Responsibilities include clearing and resetting tables, stocking stations, and assisting servers to ensure guest satisfaction. The role may require varying schedules to meet hotel needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Busing/serving experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move throughout a crowded dining room.
• Flexible availability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables quickly; stock service stations.
• Assist servers with food and beverage service to guests.
• Transport dirty dishes to the dishwashing area for cleaning.
• Work varying schedules to meet hotel business needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor per Hilton guidelines.
