Hotel Equities, a multi-award-winning hospitality company, seeks a Breakfast Attendant for the Hilton Harrisburg in Harrisburg, PA. You will set up and maintain the buffet, ensure cleanliness, and help guests with service requests.

The role requires basic knowledge of food and beverage service, strong guest relations, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Training and a team-oriented environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, and guest relations etiquette.
• Ability to remember and promote buffet items.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and move large trays.
• Must be able to read, speak and understand English to communicate with guests.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and organize buffet before, during, and after service.
• Maintain cleanliness of all areas at all times and ensure proper stocking of utensils and china.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures and adapt to varying schedules.
• Perform general cleaning, side work, and assist servers as needed.
