Driftwood Hospitality Management seeks a restaurant team member for the Houston property. You will serve food and beverage, greet guests, take orders, input them into the POS, and ensure accurate delivery with a high standard of guest satisfaction.

The role supports a 24/7 operation with a PM shift; prior knowledge of liquor rules and a valid Food Handler Card or ongoing certification are required. Benefits include health, life, and PTO offerings.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of state, federal and corporate liquor regulations.
• Current Food Handler Card or in the process of certification.
• Hold a valid TABC license.
• Basic knowledge of English and service etiquette.
• Operate beverage equipment and follow menu instructions.

Aufgaben

• Greet guests and explain specials and promotions.
• Record and input orders into the POS system.
• Deliver orders to guests with accuracy and courtesy.
• Maintain station cleanliness and set-up throughout shift.
• Follow liquor regulations and safety procedures.
• Assist other restaurant staff as needed.
