Heritage Hotels & Resorts in Albuquerque is seeking a Security Officer to protect guests, employees and property through proactive patrols, incident reporting and calm, professional presence. You will respond to emergencies, enforce safety policies, and coordinate with leadership to maintain a welcoming, secure environment across our hospitality properties.

• CPR certification and a valid NM driver's license are required.
• Previous security or hospitality experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor with guests and colleagues.
• Patrol the property and monitor for unusual or unsafe activity.
• Follow safety regulations and report incidents with detailed logs.
• Provide aid during emergencies and contact appropriate personnel.
• Support guest access, valet, bell services and housekeeping as needed.
• Develop and deliver security procedures and training when required.
