Heritage Hotels & Resorts in Taos, NM is seeking a Security Officer to protect guests, employees and property. This role conducts patrols, enforces policies, and coordinates with leadership to maintain a safe, welcoming environment across our luxury properties.

You will respond to emergencies, complete incident reports, and participate in security program development. The ideal candidate has hospitality experience, CPR certification, and a calm, professional demeanor even under pressure.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous security-related experience preferred.
• Security management experience preferred; hospitality experience helps.
• Current CPR certification and NM driver's license required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and multitasking.
• Strong observational skills and calmness under pressure.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays and late nights.

• Respond to emergencies per procedures.
• Patrol property and assist guest access and service areas.
• Complete incident reports and logs with confidentiality.
• Assist in developing and delivering security procedures and training.
• Remain flexible and cross-trained to support sister properties.
