The Barnett, a restored Art Deco hotel in New Orleans' Warehouse District, seeks a Security Agent to uphold a safe, hospitable environment for guests and staff. You will greet and assist guests, escort them to facilities, and communicate outlet safety standards while cooperating with hotel management.

Essential duties include maintaining a friendly security presence, understanding hotel services and hours, and applying safety protocols in a fast-paced hospitality setting, ensuring all patrons'

Qualificações

• Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written English with guests, management, and co-workers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and performing physical tasks as needed.
• Familiarity with hotel services, hours, and safety procedures.
• Understanding and adherence to HRI safety initiatives.
• Must be able to operate in a hospitality environment with a focus on guest safety.
• Physical demands include standing/walking up to 8 hours and lifting 10–25 lbs.
