Job summary

The Barnett in New Orleans seeks a friendly Guest Services Agent to welcome guests, assist with check-in/check-out, and respond to guest needs for a memorable stay.

Join a historic property with Southern hospitality flair. Prior hospitality or customer service experience is preferred, and a willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, is required.

The Guest Services Agent is responsible for delivering excellent customer service by welcoming guests, assisting with check-in/check-out, and responding to guest needs to ensure a positive stay experience.

Minimum Requirements

• Education High school diploma preferred.
• Experience Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) a plus.
