Hampton Inn & Suites Kutztown in Kutztown, PA is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive revenue through local partnerships, corporate accounts, sports teams, weddings, and social groups. You will work with the General Manager to maximize occupancy and guest satisfaction while leading sales initiatives.

The role requires 2–3 years in group sales or event management in hospitality, excellent communication, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in group sales or event management.
• Hospitality/hotel sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel locally for client visits.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business through cold calls, networking, and events.
• Maintain and grow relationships with corporate and group accounts.
• Generate room nights via negotiated corporate, government, sports, weddings, and leisure business.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and group agreements with clients.
• Provide operational support by covering front desk shifts when needed.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and hit sales targets.
