Hampton Inn & Suites Kutztown in Kutztown, PA is seeking a part-time Hotel Guest Service Agent to deliver exceptional service at check-in/check-out, handle reservations, and assist guests with inquiries.

You will uphold the hotel's standards of hospitality, balance accounts, and help guests enjoy a seamless stay in a dynamic environment.

Previous customer service experience preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is commonly required. This role may include weekend and holiday shifts.

You'll assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, handle reservations and inquiries, and address any concerns or requests they may have during their stay.
