Responsibilities

• Lead aggressive solicitation and outside sales calls targeting new business.
• Assist DOS in preparing annual marketing plans and action plans for market segments.
• Prepare and send proposals; convert leads from proposal to definite status.
• Document client room blocks, meetings, and banquet space needs accurately.
• Gather and route billing, credit, and meeting details; coordinate with catering for follow-up.
• Maintain sales quota and produce weekly sales call reports and itineraries.
• Collaborate with hotel team to ensure guest satisfaction and service quality.
• Maintain confidentiality and build strong relationships with staff and clients.
