Job summary

Sheraton Boston Needham Hotel is seeking a dynamic Business Transient Sales Manager with hospitality sales experience. You will solicit new and existing accounts, negotiate and close deals, and coordinate with operations for group and event business.

Excellent communication and organizational skills are required, with ability to work weekends as needed and log activities in the hotel system. Marriott CI/TY and Lightspeed experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality sales and revenue generation.
• Ability to quote rates and manage group and catering leads.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new and existing accounts to meet revenue goals via calls, emails, and site inspections.
• Prospect and close business through aggressive outreach and negotiations.
• Coordinate with operations to execute group, meeting, and event business.
