• Maintain relationships through follow-ups and outside sales visits.
• Meet monthly revenue targets and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Review group booking pace and provide clients with reservation updates.
• Prepare weekly sales performance reports.
• Collaborate with hotel operations to ensure consistent service.
• Represent the hotel at trade shows, chamber events, and meetings.
