Hotel Equities, a multi-award-winning hotel development and hospitality management company, is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team. This role focuses on developing relationships, driving revenue, and delivering exceptional service to guests and partners.

The Sales Manager will generate and support hotel business through relationship development, prospecting, and account management, contributing to occupancy and market share while coordinating with various departments for client

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred for management roles.
• Previous hotel sales, hospitality, customer service, or related experience preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Results-oriented with strong organization and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies designed to achieve revenue, occupancy, and market-share objectives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients and local business partners.
• Prospect for new business and follow up on leads, inquiries, and opportunities.
• Conduct sales calls, tours, presentations, and client meetings as appropriate.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, correspondence, and sales reports.
• Coordinate with operations, revenue management, catering, and other departments to meet client needs.
• Maintain accurate account, activity, and opportunity information.
• Support sales strategies designed to achieve revenue and market-share objectives.
• Represent the hotel professionally at community events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
• Respond promptly to client requests and resolve concerns in partnership with hotel leadership.
• Monitor market conditions and competitive activity and communicate relevant information to leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
