Job summary

Hotel Equities, a dynamic hospitality management company, seeks a Sales Manager to drive revenue and occupancy through strategic sales initiatives. You will build and nurture relationships with clients, partners, and communities, coordinating with hotel teams to exceed service expectations and business goals.

The role emphasizes proactive prospecting, effective communication, and collaborative problem-solving to support hotel leadership and drive growth across our portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred for management roles.
• Experience in hotel sales or hospitality customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, occupancy, and market-share objectives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients and local business partners.
• Prospect for new business and follow up on leads, inquiries, and opportunities.
• Conduct sales calls, tours, presentations, and client meetings as appropriate.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, correspondence, and sales reports.
• Coordinate with operations, revenue management, catering, and other departments to meet client needs.
• Maintain accurate account, activity, and opportunity information.
• Represent the hotel professionally at community events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
• Respond promptly to client requests and resolve concerns in partnership with hotel leadership.
