Job summary

Tharaldson Hospitality in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Sales Executive to drive revenue growth across a cluster of select service and extended stay hotels. You will lead strategic sales planning, prospecting, and account management to win new business and maximize revenue.

The role requires a minimum of 2+ years in hotel sales, familiarity with Delphi and brand tools, and strong networking. You will collaborate with General Managers and Revenue Managers to grow market share and earnings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hotel sales experience.
• Brand experience preferred (Hilton, Marriott, IHG) but not required.
• Knowledgeable in brand sales tools and Delphi.

Responsibilities

• Develop quarterly action plans and analyze revenue management.
• Schedule and conduct sales appointments, including calls.
• Maintain sales data in the CRM system.
• Attend industry events to generate leads.
• Collaborate with GMs, RMs, and regional directors.
• Identify opportunities to optimize cluster revenue.
