Job summary

The Harpeth Hotel in Franklin, Tennessee seeks a Sales & Events Coordinator to support the hotel’s sales and events team. You will handle administrative tasks, manage leads, and coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments to drive group bookings and event success.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, organization, and timely communication, with opportunities to contribute to growth and guest satisfaction at a historic downtown property.

Qualifications

• Two to four-year college degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Sales/Events experience preferred.
• Ability to manage and organize complex projects with clear priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing the administrative process, service, detail, and communicate group & event needs from booking to checkout.
• Process incoming leads and complete sales reporting requirements.
• Maintain sales data files and act as liaison between hotel, clients and vendors.
• Assist in servicing groups, events, VIPs, and business travel guests and coordinate with operations.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, resumes, and maintain CRM data integrity.
• Respond to inquiries with timely communication and maintain deadlines.
