The Harpeth Hotel in Franklin, TN is seeking a front-of-house Greeter to warmly welcome guests, assist with seating, and coordinate with servers and management to deliver a smooth dining experience.

As the first and last point of contact, you’ll ensure guests feel valued, handle special requests, and maintain the dining room flow. This on-site role with competitive benefits offers opportunities for growth within our hospitality team.

• Knowledge of restaurant flow and basic systems supports smooth service.
• Ability to handle special requests and seating arrangements.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and escort to tables, pulling out chairs and presenting menus.
• Manage seating chart and evening reservations; coordinate with servers and kitchen.
• Ensure entry doors and menus are clean and inviting; confirm private party staffing as needed.
• Maintain communication with servers, manager, and kitchen to synchronize flow and timing.
• Bid guests farewell and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
