Job summary

The Harpeth Franklin Downtown, Curio Collection by Hilton in Franklin, TN is seeking a friendly Host/Hostess to greet guests, escort them to tables, and present menus. You will be the first impression and set the tone for a memorable dining experience.

Coordinate seating, manage reservations, communicate with servers and kitchen to ensure timely service, and warmly assist guests from arrival to departure.

Qualifications

• First point of contact for guests, making them feel welcome.
• Ability to manage seating flow and reservations efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, inviting entry and dining area.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, escort to tables, pull out chairs and present menus.
• Ensure entry doors are clean and welcoming, menus ready and neat.
• Inform servers of location and assigned stations; coordinate seating.
• Plan seating layout and manage reservations for the evening.
• Maintain communications with servers, managers, and kitchen for timing.
• Greet guests at departure to ensure a pleasant end to the visit and address issues.
