Job summary

Q Casino + Resort is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in planning, coordinating, and executing events and bookings. You will manage client communication, follow-ups, and sales materials, while maintaining accurate records in Caterease.

Collaboration with Food & Beverage, Operations, Hotel, Marketing, and Entertainment is essential. The role requires 1–3 years of sales coordination or related experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, event planning, hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook (Microsoft Office).
• Experience with Caterease or event management/sales systems is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with leads, proposals, and contracts.
• Prepare and distribute sales and event materials (proposals, agreements, brochures).
• Coordinate events; support Director of Hospitality Sales for larger events.
• Manage client communication, ensuring timely follow-ups and clear information.
• Maintain accurate client, contract and event records in Caterease.
• Report basic sales activity, bookings, and revenue; support trade shows and events.
