TPG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the sales and marketing teams in administrative and operational tasks. You will assist with client communications, prepare proposals, and help coordinate events and room blocks.

You'll work closely with hotel departments to ensure seamless execution of sales activities and maintain a up-to-date client database. Strong communication, organization, and teamwork are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Hospitality or hotel sales experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Marriott CI/TY.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Respond to prospective client inquiries with information about facilities, services, and rates.
• Maintain ongoing client communications and assist with questions.
• Coordinate sales appointments and meetings with clients.
• Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
• Assist in planning and coordinating hotel events and room blocks.
• Maintain an accurate customer database and track leads in CI/TY.
