Job summary

Vista Host Hotels Management & Development seeks a Sales Coordinator for The Home2 Suites West Palm Beach Airport to support the sales team in booking group and transient business. You will manage client relationships, coordinate events, and ensure all client requirements are met with excellence.

You will engage with potential clients, conduct property tours, and collaborate across departments to deliver a seamless guest experience from initial contact through event completion.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Experience in sales or customer service in hospitality is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet walk-in guests with a friendly attitude.
• Conduct tours of hotel and meeting spaces for prospective clients.
• Assist in negotiating room rates and contracts, and relay bookings to management.
• Act as primary point of contact from initial inquiry through event completion.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Support the sales team to drive revenue and marketing efforts.
