Job summary

Pacific Hospitality Group's Hyatt Place Phoenix / Downtown is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the Sales and Marketing team with office duties, proposals, contracts, lead distribution, and VIP coordination. Excellent guest service and professional presentation are essential as you interact with guests and internal teams.

Required are strong customer service skills, basic math, and MS Office proficiency; hospitality sales experience is a plus. Weekend/holiday availability may be needed.

Qualifications

• One to two years of customer service experience at a hotel or similar setting.
• Strong customer service/communication skills for diverse guests.
• Ability to perform basic math and use Microsoft Office.
• Delphi FDC experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales/Marketing with general office duties (phones, filing, mail, email, copying).
• Prepare/combine sales documents (proposals, contracts) and coordinate leads.
• Track reservations, VIP arrivals, and group information; run reports.
• Provide information about hotel and local attractions; handle inquiries.
• Maintain records in the system and support day-to-day revenue tasks.
