Job summary

Pacific Hospitality Group is seeking a Sales Coordinator for an on-site role at Hyatt Place Phoenix/Downtown. You will support the Sales & Marketing team with day-to-day office duties, prepare proposals and contracts, coordinate group leads and VIP arrivals, and help with reporting to maximize revenue and efficiency.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years of hotel customer service experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

1–2 years of customer service experience in a hotel or similar setting.
Excellent customer service and communication skills for interacting with diverse guests.
Basic math skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); familiarity with hotel systems.

Responsibilities

Welcomes guests/enquiries in a professional manner and provides hotel information.
Performs general office tasks: filing, mail, email, printing, faxes.
Assists with preparation of sales/marketing materials (proposals, contracts) and reports.
Supports sales research and market analysis activities.
Maintains accurate records in systems and generates required reports.
Addresses guest questions and resolves issues with tact and diplomacy.
Notifies supervisor of safety issues or unusual events and supports operations with front desk coordination.
