Job summary

Pacific Hospitality Group is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the Sales and Marketing team with general office duties and sales-related document preparation. You will coordinate group leads, reservations, VIP arrivals, and event reporting while delivering professional service to guests and clients.

The role requires 1–2 years of customer service in a hotel or similar setting, sales experience is preferred, and strong Microsoft Office skills with excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Must have 1–2 years of customer service experience at a hotel or similar setting.
• Sales experience is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills for interacting with guests and callers.
• Ability to perform basic math and use Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assists Sales and Marketing team with general office duties (phones, filing, mail, email, etc.).
• Prepares/completes sales-related documents (proposals, contracts, lead distribution).
• Coordinates group leads, reservations, VIP arrivals and events; prepares reports.
• Provides professional service to gain guest confidence and satisfaction.
• Enters information into computer systems and runs reports.
• Keeps departments informed of issues and resolves guest requests and complaints.
