Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our Hotels team in Santa Barbara. You will support sales operations, assist with contracts, proposals, RFP responses and loyalty reports, and help build a qualified pipeline by researching unmanaged accounts.

You’ll collaborate with Hilton Worldwide Sales peers, customers and hotel partners to identify opportunities and deliver tailored hospitality solutions, while supporting events and departmental initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience providing sales operations support.
• Ability to prepare contracts, proposals and RFP responses.
• Strong data entry and recordkeeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily sales operations and administrative tasks.
• Support sales documentation and reporting.
• Generate and qualify new business leads to build pipeline.
