Sea Colony Recreational Association, managed by Troon, seeks a highly organized Retail Operations Coordinator to support the daily operations of the Retail Department across the Beach Shoppe, Beach Concession, Tennis Pro Shop and other outlets.

The role emphasizes administrative support, inventory management, financial reporting, customer service, and POS system administration in a fast-paced hospitality setting. Weekend and holiday work during summer is required.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of admin support experience.
• 3 years retail operations/management experience.
• Hospitality/resort or property management experience desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative support to the Retail Operations Manager.
• Handle phones, emails, greet homeowners, guests, vendors, and staff professionally.
• Maintain departmental files, reports, contracts, and operational documentation.
• Coordinate communication between Retail Operations and other Sea Colony departments.
• Process purchase orders, invoices, expense reports, check requests, vendor payments.
• Reconcile invoices and assist Accounting with discrepancies and vendor follow-up.
• Compile daily, weekly, monthly, and seasonal operational reports.
• Provide exceptional customer service by resolving questions and concerns.
• Assist with merchandise merchandising, pricing, receiving, and inventory control.
• Develop inventory plans to maximize turns and minimize shrinkage.
• Update pricing, inventory files, promotions, and product information.
• Assist customers with retail purchases, reservations, beach equipment rentals, and inquiries.
• Support seasonal staffing, scheduling, onboarding.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Retail Operations Manager.
