Job summary

Resort is seeking a Seasonal Retail Shop Supervisor to lead a high-visibility pop-up store during October–end of season. You will sell merchandise, assist with inventories, and deliver top-notch guest service.

The role requires evenings, weekends, and holiday availability, with emphasis on accuracy, teamwork, and maintaining store standards. Responsibilities include processing transactions, product recommendations, and cross-department collaboration to ensure a smooth operation in a fast-paced

Qualifications

Basic knowledge of POS system and cash handling.
Excellent customer service skills in person and by phone.
Ability to relate positively to guests and co-workers.
Ability to work a schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and follow company policies.

Responsibilities

Provide an engaging customer experience through friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service.
Demonstrate and sell merchandise to customers.
Process cash, credit card, and gift card transactions and operate a cash register.
Be familiar with Resort products and services to answer guest questions and provide product recommendations.
Maintain store appearance and keep products neat and organized.
Inventory, restock, and label merchandise.
Complete daily opening and closing procedures.
Collaborate with other departments to maintain a positive work environment.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Show up to work on time with consistent attendance.
Perform other duties as assigned.
