Job summary

Sea Colony Recreational in Bethany Beach, DE is seeking a Full-Time Winter Seasonal Housekeeper to join Troon’s team. Position runs about 6 months or less, ending January 2027 with potential extension. Responsibilities include daily cleaning of offices, public spaces, restrooms, and kitchens, plus window washing, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal.

Regular attendance and at least 1 year of related experience required. Healthcare and 401(k) with employer match offered.

• Identifies when supplies are needed and reports to the supervisor.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.

We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Role:

Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less). Position will run until the end of January 2027 with possible extension.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provides daily cleaning for all operations, including but not limited to: offices, public spaces, drinking fountains, kitchen areas, and restroom facilities
• Performs light and heavy cleaning, including but not limited to: window washing, furniture polishing, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, floor cleaning and polishing, and emptying trash cans and ashtrays
• Identifies when supplies are needed and reports to the supervisor
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance
• Performs other duties as required

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of related experience or training

Regular and reliable attendance
