Role Description

The Hospitality Renovations Project Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing hospitality renovation projects from initiation to completion. This role manages project planning, scheduling, and budgeting, while coordinating with property owners, contractors, vendors, and internal teams. Daily tasks include tracking project milestones, monitoring site progress through reports and virtual check-ins, organizing inspections, and handling expediting needs for permits, materials, and approvals. The Project Manager will manage logistics for deliveries and installations, identify and resolve issues that could impact timelines or quality, and ensure adherence to safety, brand, and regulatory standards. The role also involves preparing status updates, maintaining project documentation, and supporting continuous improvements in renovation processes and client experience. Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in project management, particularly in hospitality renovations, with strong skills in planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with client partners as well as internal team members to deliver cradle to grave project implementation.
• Skills in logistics management, including organizing deliveries, installations, and contractor activity across multiple locations or projects.
• Proficiency with project management software and common office tools; ability to maintain clear documentation and reporting.
• Experience in hospitality renovation projects is highly beneficial; familiarity with hotel brand standards is a definite plus.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and make sound decisions under time constraints.
