• Oversee daily recreation operations across guest-facing activities, including programs and services.
• Lead engaging programs and activities such as pool/water activities, tennis, kids programs, and events.
• Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction, address concerns and spot improvement opportunities.
• Train, supervise, and mentor team members; conduct performance evaluations and provide development opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
