Hilton's Conrad Orlando welcomes a Recreation Activities Supervisor to lead and elevate guest experiences at our luxury resort on a 1,100-acre grounds.

You will supervise pool, fitness, and F&B related recreation, train the team, arrange cabana setups, ensure safety, and deliver exceptional service that reflects our hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise recreation operations: Oversee recreation-related pool, fitness center, and food & beverage services, activities, and programming
• Lead the recreation team: Train, schedule, and supervise team members
• Oversee recreation set up: Manage chair and cabana setup, towel service, and personalized poolside amenities; oversee furniture setup for special events
• Deliver exceptional service: Monitor service quality, engage with guests to assess satisfaction, and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
• Manage inventory and supplies: Oversee linen, amenities, and food & beverage inventory to ensure proper stock levels and minimize loss
• Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
