Flik Hospitality Group is hiring a Receptionist in New York to be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and secure environment. You will operate the switchboard, greet guests by name when possible, and support teams across the building.

The role requires strong customer service skills, experience in a hospitality or corporate setting, and proficiency with standard office technology. This position is full-time and on-site.

Competenze

• Two to three years of experience in a client service / reception position within a hospitality or corporate environment.
• Computer skills and knowledge of office technology/equipment.

Mansioni

• Greets visitors warmly and maintains professional atmosphere at all times.
• Answers telephones, takes messages, and handles inquiries or directs questions appropriately.
• Manages on-floor conference room activities and reservations, noting start/end times and attendees.
• Enforces security policies for arriving and departing visitors and staff.
• Acts as a Hospitality Services resource for way-finding and access to amenities.
• Handles car service requests and coordinates with internal support teams as needed.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
