Job summary

Hilton in Sioux Falls is seeking a Purchasing and Receiving Clerk to support procurement, verify deliveries, and maintain inventory for our hotel operations. You will help ensure timely purchases, accurate deliveries, and stock control to keep the guest experience seamless.

You will process invoices, assist with stock levels, and ensure compliance with company policies, contributing to reliable hospitality operations and exceptional guest stays.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement operations: assist with purchasing materials and supplies, researching prices, and ensuring compliance with purchasing policies and procedures
• Process and verify deliveries: check deliveries against purchase orders, invoices, and specifications for accuracy
• Fulfill requisitions: deliver items to departments as requested, maintaining stock levels and notifying supervisors of low or out-of-stock items
• Process invoices: verify accuracy, scan documents, and follow up on discrepancies to ensure timely payment
• Assist with inventory tracking: conduct routine inventories, input received merchandise into tracking systems, and report shortages or discrepancies
