Tao Group Hospitality in Tampa is launching two new venues, LAVO and BarOnda, with two unique concepts and waterfront views. We’re building our opening teams now, and we invite you to join Tao Group Hospitality to be part of bringing these exciting destinations to Tampa.

As the in-venue purchaser, you will manage inventory, purchasing, and receiving of operating supplies, collaborate with the GM, supervise heart-of-house operations, and ensure safety, quality, and profitability while supporting

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year culinary purchaser experience or equivalent Tao Group Hospitality experience.
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant/nightclub/lounge preferred.
• Knowledge of food product preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory, purchasing, and receiving for operating supplies and equipment.
• Schedule, train, and develop team members in the assigned department.
• Collaborate with GM to order front-of-house supplies.
• Oversee heart-of-house operations ensuring safety, quality, recipe accuracy, and profitability.
• Regulate pars for supplies for all service and events.
• Oversee deliveries and receiving per Purchase Order.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation standards and laws.
• Coach and develop team; lead by example.
