Job summary

Tao Group Hospitality is preparing two new dining experiences in Tampa and is building opening teams for LAVO and BarOnda. The role focuses on greeting guests, managing reservations and walk-ins, and ensuring smooth seating for each shift.

As part of the front-of-house team, you will maintain a professional, courteous demeanor, assist with opening/closing duties, and participate in training sessions to uphold Tao standards across the venues.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality guest service.
• Ability to manage reservations and guest flow.
• Strong interpersonal and team communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Check in and manage seating for all guests, including reservations and walk-ins.
• Maximize seating per shift by strategically plotting reservations and walk-ins.
• Interact politely with guests, team members, and supervisors to ensure gracious hospitality.
• Assist with front desk setup, opening/closing duties, and daily pre-service meetings.
• Maintain entrance area cleanliness and adhere to sanitation standards.
• Provide knowledge of Tao Group Hospitality and venues to guests and staff.
